Some of you may have already heard that Kevin was selected by the Air Force to do a 3 year fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology. The interview process has ended and after a week to deliberate; we figured out the best place for our family to spend these next few years is..... Palo Alto, California. Though our other options were tempting because San Diego has nice beaches and San Francisco is a fun city, we thought that Stanford University was the best fit. If you're ever in the Bay Area, please look us up. To all the BYU faithful, Stanford's school color is Cardinal maroon and not red, not even close. This can not be stressed enough.

Wow! Congrats, that sounds huge! We don't live in the bay area, but we're only a few hours away. Since you'll be there for three years, maybe one of these days we can get together. Good luck with the move and everything!
Wow--congrats! Although judging from your choices, you're title would have read 'We're Going to Cali' no matter which one you picked! Was that on purpose? ;)
Wow, that is REALLY cool! You'll be so much closer to both families so that's exciting. Maybe we'll actually get to see you while you're there. We're planning a trip to Disneyland sometime so it's possible! Anyway, congrats!

That is so wonderful! I am so happy for you guys. It is so nice that you guys get to live around family. I can't believe we will be dealing with the fellowship decision this year also. Time is going so fast.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are so happy for you. But, it will be one SAD, SAD day for the ALL the Tripp's when the Pieroni's say goodbye to San Antonio.

Congrats on getting a great fellowship location! I didn't know that Kevin was going to be doing a fellowship. John will be starting a pediatric ophtho fellowship in 2010, so we'll be making those same decisions you've just made next year. That will be great to be close to family!
