On our last weekend in California, we went to Lompoc to the La Purisma Mission "Mission Days". The kids all had a wonderful time watching the docents make butter, bread, card wool, and other stuff too.
After that we went over to a Danish town called Solvang. We ate at a restaurant called the Red Viking and celebrated Kimberly's birthday. Yummy Danish meatballs and mashed potatoes! A smorgasbord of deliciousness!
