Megan Lorena turned 7 years old on the 30th of June, and she was able to celebrate it with her family. Megan got these cute cowgirl boots for her birthday from her Grandma, and she loves wearing them, especially now that she is in Texas.
1. She loves to sing. And has a beautiful voice too! Every moment of the day is her whistling, humming, or singing.
2. She loves sweets! This little girl has a major sweet tooth, and is always asking for a treat.
3. She is a BIG helper in the kitchen when we need some food prepped. That is one of her favorite things to do.
4. She is a fantastic reader! Her favorite story to read right now is the American Girl books. Her favorite so far is Molly, but she is reading about Felicity and Kit right now.
5. She loves animals. Someday she will work with animals in some way. Except for spiders and bugs. The other day we were driving around, and she said, "Mom, why are there bad things in this world? (referring to bugs/mosquitos/snakes). I completely agree
6. She loves to swim, dance, and play soccer. She is one of the best little dancers I know, and she has figured out that swimming is pretty fun too. It is fun to watch her play soccer because the whole time she is giggling and has a great big smile on her face.
7. She is a big sweetheart! She likes things fair and right in the world, and doesn't understand why somethings are just not that way. She likes happiness and things to be perfect. She would never think of something bad for anyone and she gives wonderful hugs. A very caring little girl.
We are very proud of our little girl and all of her many accomplishments.

Happy 7th sweet Meg! Love the boots. :) I talked to Tovi recently and she said she got to see you guys on your trek back to TX. I admit I was a little jealous. Hope all is going well. Miss you!
