We had fun going to the beach at Port San Luis with my family. It is a great beach near Avila Bay that is kinda secluded, and best of all, where dogs can come and roam all over the beach. So Sophie had a blast! We met there with my sister's good friends, the Mallory's, and had a beach campfire.

We went camping up at Lopez Lake, which is just up the canyon from Arroyo Grande. It was perfect weather, not too hot and not too cold. The kids loved riding in the blow up raft and in Uncle Adam's sailboat. We were down by the water practically all day while the kids dug in the sand and swam.
The deer were very friendly and would come right up to say hi
