Jordan is playing soccer this year, and their uniforms are purple. So, to make it as manly as possible, they named themselves
The Purple Predators.
Jordan is getting so good at playing soccer and has such a great time out there. He loves to play on defense, where protecting his goal is the most important thing ever to him. He gets quite serious about it. He loves his teammates, whom most played with him last year and for baseball too. Kevin is a referee this year, which is a new thing for him, but he has enjoyed it!

That's awesome! At least it's not a lighter shade of lavender! Your post has inspired me to be a better mom with the whole sports thing. So far, we tried a short stint with t-ball, which went very badly. So, I'm still trying to steel myself for another round of sports. It's taken me 2 years. I just need to buck up and deal with it. Although, it's not very motivating to play soccer around here when it's usually raining!
