Randomness

In San Antonio there is a big celebration called Fiesta, and the schools have a big Fiesta float parade. This year the second graders got to decorate a float, and Megan did a Rapunzel float. She had a lot of fun making it and being in the parade at school.

Kimberly graduated from preschool and will start kindergarten in September! I will miss her sooooooo much and it is going to be super hard to let her go. She is my little buddy!

Megan had a book share at school. She did Summertime in the Big Woods by Laura Ingalls. She had to read the book to her class, ask them 10 questions about the book, and then do a project with them. She chose for her friends to draw a picture of their favorite part and write a letter to Laura Ingalls. She wore her pioneer girl hat as a fun prop and her cowgirl boots of course. She had so much fun with this project!

I love the update on all that you've been up to! The float idea is really neat & Meg's is beautiful, of course. What will you do once Kimmy goes off to Kinder? Shopping without kids :)!! Still, it will be a sad day. They are all growing up way too fast...
