After weeks of designing, cutting, sanding, painting, and examined over and over again, Jordan entered his "Green King" car into the Pinewood Derby.

After the race, Jordan was awarded the Cub Scout Religious Knot. He has worked hard to achieve this! He said that his favorite thing to do was make the Family Pedigree Chart and give a FHE lesson on Joseph Smith. Great Job Jordan!!
And then, surprise!! Jordan won 2nd place in the Bear den for the Pinewood Derby!! Hew as so happy! (and so was Kevin). It was a sweet looking car and an awesome race!

Isn't it funny how much work goes into this event? Maybe you had an idea growing up with a brother, but mine were so much older than me so I was really surprised how much the boys (and men) get into the design and build. So fun to watch how excited they all get during the races!
